The New Jersey Packaging and Executives Club (NJPEC) will hold a Social Networking / Speed Networking Event on April 7, 2011, starting at 6:00 pm. The event will take place at the Hanover Marriot, 1401 Route 10 East, Whippany, NJ.

Following cocktails and a buffet dinner, Deborah Smith, a social media marketing consultant and coach, will give a presentation. Smith provides public and private training and consulting on developing winning strategies and tactics for all of the major social media platforms. She has been using web-based resources for marketing and networking purposes since 1998, and serves as in-house social media strategist for several marketing companies.

The evening will conclude with dessert and a speed networking session. Attendees will have a set time to introduce themselves to Club members and nonmembers and deliver a brief introduction about their companies’ services and capabilities before moving on to the next person.

Attendees are asked to bring business cards and company brochures, as their will be a table to leave sales information for other attendees.
